  1. The secret is reallllllly to have nothing but healthy food in the house. At the restaurant, an entrée is enough. At friends, tell them to put a maximum of one cup of food in a smaller plate ( that includes your Proteins, veggies and whatever they have with those)

  3. I had m'y surgery in March 2015 and so far lost 39 pounds. No gain.
  4. I lost quite some weight so far and I am pleased with the result. Doing about five to ten minutes on treadmill every other day. Walking up and down the two flight of stairs in the house. Went shopping for after Easter specials: WRONG idea. Came back so tired and weak. Spent the rest of the day in nightgown. Talking about clothes: being dressed hurt. Had surgery the 25th and still the wounds hurt where clothes touch them. Vomiting: the nasty part of my road to recovery so far...ans being constipated up to my eyebrows!

  8. Able to eat puddings, potages, jello, yogurt. Still hard to drink but a few gulps: my stomach hurts then. Still weak six days post-op. Is it normal?
  9. Had my surgery on the 25th. Home two days later. Significant pain in one place on my abdomen where they used instruments. Taking liquids, suppositories for the pain. Passing quite some gas! I have dilodil for more severe pain. Maybe a stupid question: how do you know when your stomach is full?
