My final straw is embarrassing as this is was unable to fit comfortably in a bathroom stall at work... I tear up thinking about it now. But also getting winded walking up one flight of stairs and pretend like I have a bad case of allergies when I breath..... also, I want to have kids... teach them good eating habits and how to excersize...

I am from Fargo, ND and am waiting for insurance approval. I was so elated and now the ball is really rolling I am so nervous about the unknown. I have tried everything to prepare myself before hand and now it's happening I am in disbelief... I know there are a lot of changes I am going to have to make... and a lot of changes my husband is making... I haven't yet expressed my nerves to him... and I think he has some reserves about it... I am getting the gastric bypass which he was shocked because he thought I was getting the sleeve. I am 330, 5'8, f and 25 years old.. both my parents got the sleeve and he thought that's what I was getting as well... I have always tried to watch what I eat...as I am sure all you know what this struggle is like and what reasons brought you all to this point... I hope I get over these nerves! Just had to vent a bit
