Miss Hippiechick58I promise you things will get better you are under 10 days post-op . By the end of next week you will feel better .I am 100 post=op and down 61 lbs . As far as Protein you must get enough daily appx. 60 grms. drink Water slowly . DO NOT GET Depressed Take everyday slow and live it as the first day of the rest of your life . Take your vitamins I am 60 years old and I feel and look great . I am down a total from my all time high 3 years ago 86 lbs. I have 46 lbs to go from my personal goal. I am 100 days post op down 61 lbs and feeling great .In total 85 lbs down from my all time high Yes Yes Yes life will be normal with in 2=3 months just take it easy Now i can almost eat anything just much smaller portions .My personal biggest problem is a running nose ,and if I over eat (and it will happen ) I sneeze uncontrollable but I am within 48 lbs of my personal goal So it was well worth it Mario 914-536-0007 if you need to talk

I am 100 days post op My all time high 2010 was 346 lbs on my surgery date of Jan. 8th 2015 i was an even 300 lbs. As of yesterday 4/29/2015 my weight is 259 lbs I am in total weight loss of 87 lbs. I am tolerating most foods, just small amounts .I feel great and people say I look great . Unfortunately when I look at myself I still a large man . Question I am going through something and wondering if anyone else is having the same symptoms .While I am eating and afterwards My nose is constantly running and if I eat a little too much I uncontrollably start sneezing 10 - 20 times ?? Hi I am Mario De Giorgio a 60 year old male and I had my surgery on Jan.8th 2015 .Just 2 short months ago . I am down 34lbs since then . But I am down a total of 52 lbs. since we started last Nov.2014 And I am down a total of 78 lbs. from my all time high of 344 lbs., 19 months ago . I have dropped 5 pants sizes from a tight 54 waist to a very loose 44. Sorry to say I do not see it when I look in the mirror ,although everyone tells me I look amazing ? My personal goal is to be healthy I am off all meds.no sugar,no Blood pressure no nothing . My doctor Mitchell Roslin and his staff and Northern Westchester Hospital were fantastic Just a funny side not I was holding my 2 older grand daughters 2 and 3 yesterday and their total combined weight is 59 lbs.
