    I can't seem to drink my Protein shakes, it is too sweet for me and it makes me feel sick and thirsty. However, I been adding 4 oz of Water and freeze them like ice cream. I eat my 37 grams of protein and it doesn't make me fee sick. After I am doing that, almost every day I am able to meet my goal
