  1. been pushed back until march? i went to see the doc. on sept. 6th, steped on the scales and almost died .those scales must have been the wrong.it said i weighed 431 lb i knew i was big but my god. thats when i decided that somthing had to be done i went home and did not eat anything the rest of the day or the next day either. i cleaned the house out no chips,cookies,sugars.breads,and the keg of beer i keep in the garage.i have been on a 1000 cal. per day diet for the last 4 mo. i go and weigh every 2wks, my last trip to the doctors office i was down to 330lb i have lost a 100lb pre band for the first time long time my bmi was under 50.i have not felt this good in a long time. so when i get the band i can get this last 130lb off ,but i will still stay on my diet until then. if i can do this anybody can .this is my first post so i will say hello
