  5. I had my gastric sleeve surgery back in October 2014 and lost 114 pounds however this past year I have gained 40 pounds back. I can't seem to get my mind back in the game. I'm hoping I didn't ruin the sleeve and my stomach is not back to normal. I know it is emotional between my father getting sick and dying 6 months later, my oldest son graduating from HS and hoping he does well in college and just all the day to day worries and struggles. There are times I just don't care but then I say to myself you are getting more and more disgusted with yourself everyday. I try to tell myself that my dad wouldn't want me to let myself go back to the way I was, when I worked so hard to get where I was but it only works a little while. Does anyone have any advice on how to get back on the right road. I really am ashamed that I have fallen so far off the weight loss journey. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

  9. I'm in the same situation. It will be 2 years next week and have lost 104 pounds in total but now have gained 12 pounds back. I'm so disappointed with myself, I'm afraid that I've stretched out the sleeve and have done this for nothing. I know I need to get back to basics but really struggling to get there. So thank you for reminding me that I'm not alone we are all on this journey together and I know you can find your way back and get to your goal.

  13. Thanks for helping me get back to the right frame of mind.
  14. Had sleeve surgery on October 8, 2014. To date I've lost 66 pounds, but the past week and a half I've bounced from 70 back down to 66. I've recently added a weekly trampoline exercise class. I keep trying to make sure I get all the Protein but have noticed the past couple of weeks my hair is coming out in bigger clumps then before. I'm really getting frustrated, as much as I'm happy with the improvement I feel like I'm not where I should be.
