  1. Hi all! This is my first post. I was sleeved on March 5th!! I found this site to be a great resource pre-op and am looking forward to the ongoing support post-op! I had some nausea is the hospital on the 6th and was about to be sick but as soon as I got up and walked I felt better and the gas came up. I was walking the floors the first night and it felt great. I came home from hospital on the 7th and have been focused on walking, getting in my water and 2 protein shakes and napping when I am tired. Feeling pretty good!! Much less abdominal pain than I expected! Now if the snow would just melt I get some outside walking in!!
