  1. I am considering having the sleeve instead of the band. I have a little supportat home between my husband and immediate family. I have a VERY ACTIVE 2 yr old and 4yr old. I was hoping to connect and share your experience with those that had little one's at home during your recovery. I guess I am wondering exactly how difficult it is to manage for a couple of weeks with no lifting.
  2. VegasAngel, Thank you for the information and quick response, but I am not selfpay. I have great insurance and looking for them to cover the cost. Michele
  3. I am looking to connect with anyone in the Boston area that has had the sleeve surgery. I would love to get a referral to your surgeon and hear about your experience.
  4. I am looking for referrals for VSG Surgeons in Boston. I finally met with a surgeon at St. Elizabeths but she has only done 6 sleeves. She told me that Brigham and Womans has done 8. These numbers seem very low to me. She is not a fan of band and thinks VSG is the way to go for me.
