  1. Thanks for the replies. My iPad crashed so I haven't been back until now. I'm wondering if maybe I'm dehydrated when I get them. I'm going to log my food and Water intake for the next month and check any patterns. I'm also going to ask my doc for the sumitrptan if it is available in Canada. Thanks again for the ideas folks, you are awesome! Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App
  2. I am getting severe migraines at least twice a month since surgery in March, 2015. I am incapacitated for up to four days with pain and vomiting. I am going to talk to my doctor about it, but am wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience. Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App

  18. I'm in the same boat - 12 months out, and floating between 171 and 175. I want so much to get to the middle of my normal BMI range, which would be 145 - 150 (I'm 5'8"). The Bariatric surgeon was very happy with my progress and told me he would consider me successful even if I didn't lose any more. I wonder if I've internalized that message and that might be why I am not as on point as I was before. I'm getting back to basics and trying again, though.
  19. This is me pre-op around 300 lbs and today (exactly one year later) at 174.
