  1. Hi, my last topic was called 6 years on and I mentioned acid reflux and hospital group charging £500 for barium fill to see what's happening which I can't afford, and they just left me, thankfully my own doctor put me in contact with Nhs Chichester bariatric surgeon who I went to see to tell him about my acid reflux, cough, eating everything then nothing, painful eating etc, he immediately took 4ml out of my 6ml I had in, arranged a barium swallow as he thinks the band has slipped, possible relocation surgery needed or removal, very sad today and really bad trapped wind and shoulder pain, which I know is deferred from diaphragm. If you ever have pain that's different or something changes please get it sorted.
  2. Hi, my journey started 6 years ago today and up until a couple of months ago all was well, but now I'm having problems, really bad acid reflux to the point im sick , I have to take 90mg of Lansoprasil a day to keep it at bay, the hospital group who I had it done with don't want to know unless I pay £500 for swallow to see what's going on or £150 to have some fluid taken out!!!, I can eat nearly everything but fluid I'm finding hard to swallow and the gurgling noises I make after drinking is really embarrassing . Any suggestions would be helpful oh and if put on 1.5 stone
