  1. My surgery is scheduled for tomorrow and of course I get hit with a crazy cold over the weekend. I pumped myself full of Zicam, ColdEze, Alkaseltzer, Mucinex, and I'm definitely better than I was but I don't know if they will cancel my surgery. I'll be calling my surgeon during my lunch today and hopefully they only postpone for a day or two, otherwise I don't know what I'll do, the next time I can get 2 weeks in a row off isn't until next year, I can't wait another year after all the build up now! I don't have a fever, and my nose is pretty clear, it's just this damn cough!

  6. Wow!!! you totally inspire me!
  7. What you eat today and what activity you do today will not reflect today...it doesn't work like that. When you lose you are seeing anywhere from a month or two back, so when you hit your stall think about what you were eating and doing 4-6 weeks ago. The junk your eating will reflect later, and in the same note don't get frustrated when you go to the gym for a week and work your ass off, you'll see that result in a few weeks.
