  1. I had Gastric sleeve on April 8th. 2013. 21 months out I have reached my goal weight of 195 (300 day of surgery) but recently have returned to my bad habits that got me in trouble. I have never had issues with not being able to eat certain foods, I can eat ANYTHING. I keep telling myself oh I can eat this just one time it wont hurt, and it goes on and on and on. I have gained about 15lbs back over about a 3 month time frame. I get SO mad at myself, I know I should not be doing it. I feel like I have been abandoned by everyone because nobody ask anymore about my loss, it's like it never happened. Oh well, I just wish I had somebody going through the same issues I am to talk to.
