    This is my first entry here. I had surgery November 13,2014. So I'm just a little over 2 months post op. I had an amazing surgery team with Dr. Zavalza and Dr. Luna in Tijuana, MX. They have given me the most amazing support prior to and after surgery. So far I'm down 34 pounds. I have been stalled for the past week but know it will pass .

    I'm a little over 2 months post op and constipation is a big issue this last week. I take miralax daily in my water and just recently added magnesium supplements. I've had some relief but not enough. Very frustrating.
