    Hi MLP and Jen! Just started the Clear Liquid diet for the surgery. I'm nervous I'm going to be lethargic and get headaches.

    Hi...I'm Jenn and I am having surgery on the 18th of this month. This has been a year long journey and I am do happy to finally be having the surgery! I'm a little nervous about the surgery. Anyone have any advice to help calm my nerves? I start my 2 week clear liquid/ Protein shakes diet in 2 days. Any advice ftom anyone who has been through it?
