  1. For me personally the wait won't be too long. I attended my first seminar Jan 7 and am looking at a March surgical date. I have all of my appointments for the "next steps" through the end of this month and beginning of February. I can't believe how long some people have to wait.
  2. Thank you so very much! I never thought of getting samples.
  3. This is my first post ever (yay!) And I just had my first appointment this past Monday and got my checklist. So far I've checked off my dietitian appointment, psych eval, PCP letter of consent, and insurance acceptance. I have a required support group meeting, cardiac eval next week, endoscopy next month, lose 16lbs, and a appointment with the surgeon to complete yet. I'm doing well so far with being strict with my diet. Any tips for more experienced peeps yet?
