  2. I totally understand. I am really frustrated. I have lost 23 lbs since Dec. 19 (surgery date) but I have stalled for the last two weeks in terms of total weight loss. I have however lost 39 lbs of fat so my BMI is down 11% in this same period. I am extremely frustrated to not see the "weight" come off the scale. I have spoken to my nutritionist and she says I am doing fine.... UGH....
