  1. I thought I was the only one! I have bipolar type 2, anxiety and depression. I've been on Zoloft for 8+ years. It has made me lethargic and a zombie. I hate it. When I had my surgery I didn't take my meds for 3 days, then I went from 150 to 100 mg. I was feeling more involved in my life. Actually wanting to talk to my family. Wanting to be with my kids, etc. and then bam! The anxiety and insomnia started. I was crying all the time. I went back up to 150 mg and took a Xanax for two days. I'm now anxiety free today. But it's been a rough week. I'm so scared in going to go back to being lethargic and uninvolved in my life. I'm going to try that book you suggested though.
  2. I'm having a really hard time getting my water in today. I'm going back to basics tomorrow. I think I tried solids too fast. I had an egg (couldn't eat all of it) and a little tad of roast. So back to puréed/liquid tomorrow.
  3. I am going through this right now. The last few days have been an emotional roller coaster and made me question my sanity. But I have an anxiety disorder and depression and I didn't take my meds for 3 days after surgery. I also have insomnia. I had postpartum after all 3 of the births of my boys and that is what I feel like I'm going through. The only thing getting me through this is talking as much as possible, praying, and exercising. I know in a few weeks I will find a new "normal" and I'll even out. But until then, it sucks! I'm here any time you want to talk.
  4. I have started eating a little bit. Last night I had spaghetti sauce with 1/4 of a soft meatball. I ate it slowly. Today I had some shredded turkey. It didn't bother me. I think I'm just going to try one thing a day. The protein drinks and soup just aren't doing it for me.
