@@shizwiz Very well thank you! Just a couple days more, this liquid diet is much easier on the 10th 11th and 12th day that's for sure, thank goodness! Down 16.6 pounds from New Year's Eve! Just drinking broth, tea and water now.. How is your liquid venture going??

@@shizwiz i'm sorry to hear that you're Möms down with neck surgery, that's no fun.. But on the up and out I will be in Mexico at the same time in the same town and you could borrow my mom if needed! Lol It's very close now down to the wire.. After being on a liquid diet for 10 days now, I start my clears tomorrow... How have you been doing?? PS, this is really happening!!!

Luckily I am from Arizona and it's the quite opposite for me. We walk during the winter months and hibernate during the summers here in the valley of the sun.... God bless and keep in touch -stacey

My surgery is not until January 17 I have been a liquid diet for 10 days and with that I've found I'm also a food addict, many emotions have flooded my mind and heart... Just as soon as I think it's to much for me to handle, it's a success! I've overcome another hurdle. I thank HeavenlyFather's grace ❤️ I've been on 40 mg of Celexa for the last six years and the last couple of months I've 1/2'd my dosage in hopes A month or so after surgery I won't need them anymore.. They say to physical exercise is the best anti-depressant ever, I'm going to walk my butt off..! My nephew also has Asperger's and I think that makes u even more special???? I'm here for u! -Stacey

I'm being sleeved January 17, in Tj Mexico (self pay).. I'm very excited and not even a little nervous, I have been waiting for this day for about 15 years! I'm 10 days and on my liquid diet, tomorrow I start my clear liquids.. Anyone else having a 17th sleeving?? -stacey????

Question..... I'm still on my liquid fast, my surgery is scheduled for January 17. My question is how do I stabilize my blood sugar on a clear liquid's without protein? I start my group with fees on Sunday and I'm very nervous about that only, nothing else just being diabetic..

My surgery is on the 17th, I completely feel your pain.. I have been on a liquid diet since New Year's Eve with 10 days to go... It's very difficult to cook food for others and not eat it, I am using Unjury protien, coconut water, jello and Campbell's tomato soup with water or soy milk... What are the different things that you're drinking on your liquid diet besides the obvious water..?

Mine is in 10 days, I've been on a liquid diet for only 7 days in preparation for my surgery, I'm hoping it gets easier after surgery... Good luck to you..
