  1. I also had my surgery on January 23 and I have the pains all the time. It is definitely gas. I hope it is temporary. I would hate to think it would always be this way. So far all of the liquids I have tried have agreed with with and just today I discovered Dannon Light and Fit Greek Yogurt with 12 g of protein and only 7 g of sugar so I blended it with 8 oz of 1% milk for an awesome 20 g Of Protein drink that tastes better than the Boost Glucose Control I've been drinking. I am looking forward to February 1 when I add puréed carrots, butternut squash and sweet potato. ????. Pat

  3. Yes, I was asked for my $500 co-pay when I went for my pre-op visit more than two weeks before surgery.
  4. I am 5' tall and when I started this process I weighed 245. Now I weigh 208 and my gastric bypass surgery is scheduled for Jan 23. I can't wait.
  5. My gastric bypass surgery is scheduled for Jan 23 and I haven't been told anything about a pre-op diet other than no eating or drinking after midnight the night before. I'm confused.
