  2. I feel your pain!! I am almost 14 weeks post op and couldn't care less if I ever eat again. I am so afraid that I will stretch my pouch that I can hardly eat. So far today (it is almost 10:00pm where I am) I have had a protein shake, 1/4 of an apple, a Melba toast with a bit of peanut butter on it and 3 small bites of a casserole my husband made (it is my favourite one and he made it in the hopes of enticing me to eat. It didn't work). My hair is falling out like crazy and the scale has stopped moving. I think it's been at least 4 days since my last bowel movement.
