  1. This is a stupid question (coming from a non bander) does running affect the band or port at all? How about stomach crunches and the like? What about large amounts of h2o intake after a good workout?
  2. Is there a support thread for guys only? I can't seem to find it.
  3. I'm new to this site and it appears very helpful. It also appears to be mostly females which is fine but I'd like a mans perspective. I'm considering a band and am going to a seminar next week. Tell me your experiences thus far. I would eventually like to start running down the road in months time and want to know if it affects your bad or port. Has eating real food also been any problem after a couple weeks after surgery? Thanks
