  1. Hmm! I was feeling a little congested this week maybe that's the source! So many factors can affect the stomach it's crazy!!
  2. Hello! I have had my lap band for over 4 years now.. Did not end up being successful the first several years and stop going to appointments! I recently switched doctors and got back on track and is down 40 pounds but took me over a year! I currently have an 11 cc realize band with 10 cc's in it. Previously I did not feel much restriction.. My portions were smaller but I could still eat a decent size salad or plate. My last fill was the first week do December. I had no issues all month! Small portions, avoiding foods that I know cause "stuck episode" etc. On Sunday all of a sudden my band feels extremely tight! I understand morning tightness is normal but the last three days I can't even eat yogurt.. And now I am remaining tight throughout lunch and dinner and can barely eat my meal. I'm not sure what the cause of this random tightness is and whether I should give it a few days to see if the band is irritated or call the doctor! Has anyone else experienced random tightness 3 weeks after a fill?
