I use Herbalife Meal Replacement shake mix and add their Protein Drink Mix. They have many different flavors to mix and match. I was at a serious plateau before adding these Herbalife products and could not lose any more weight. I know it was because I was unable to eat the amount of protein I need everyday and a protein supplement powder alone was not giving me all the nutrients. For me it was not all about the protein but my other nutrient needs as well. A awesome added bonus is my increased energy level.
