  1. @@brokenangel84 I have had hair loss bad but I had thick hair before surgery and I know that it won't be forever. Thank you for the iron tip I'll try it and see if it helps
  2. I was curios if any of you ladies have experienced hair loss or bruising easily
  3. Yes @@brokenangel84 I think that is what it is called. I would highly recommend trying it out.
  4. I love their red light therapy, especially in the winter. It makes you feel like you are on the beach and it isn't like a tanning bed so you don't have to worry about getting darker or anything.
  5. Before winter I was walking a mile and since winter has hit I've been looking into a kick boxing class
  6. I've been lucky with not having burping issues. How has your gas/bloating been?
  7. Lucky lady! @@Samantha Ann sweets hurt my tummy and I wish they wouldn't Haha. Have you had any problems with any particular foods?
  8. I've had quite a sweet tooth since after surgery however I would strongly advise against eating sweets, they taste good for about 5 seconds and then you can feel your stomach turning and then you feel sick for a couple of hours. Is there something in particular that you crave that you shouldn't have other than the fried rice and milk you mentioned earlier?
  9. That is awesome @@brokenangel84 I'm 18
  10. If you don't mind me asking, how old are you @@brokenangel84 and @@Stephie76
  11. From my experience, as long as you really are putting an effort into getting your water in then you are doing good. Right after surgery my surgeon told me I was supposed to be taking in 40-60 grams of protein from shakes and meals but even 3 months out now I haven't been able to take that much in. And as far as rice, I would be gentle with it when time comes for you to be able to have it. What surgery did you have?
  12. Have you had any problems or concerns? I'm a little over 3 months out so I have somewhat fresh eyes
  13. I would just advise taking it slow even with liquids. You won't stretch out your stomach, you will just be able to up your intake as you progress because your stomach is healing. My biggest suggestion for when you switch to pureed foods is to only make a tiny bit because it will not take much at all to fill you up. Hope this was somewhat helpful!
  14. Well that is good. Are you adjusting well to your new diet and everything?
  15. Wow so you are very fresh. How was you holiday with being right out of surgery? @@brokenangel84
  16. I'm from northwest Arkansas. When did you have your surgery?
  17. I'm from Northwest Arkansas. Have you had weight loss surgery already?
