  1. According to my booklet I ca eat things like scrambled eggs , oatmeal, and grits. I find it so weird that so many surgeons have different protocols I mean at the end of the day we all have the same surgery it's weird to me

  3. @ projectme I guess that could be it but I feel so tired and sweating a lot. I think I'm consuming too much sugar. The pineapple pouch I eat everyday has 13g but yesterday for the first time I had 2

Hello sleevers, I am a week and a half out my surgery was December 16th last night I started experiencing major abdominal cramps, nausea and diarrhea I kept waking up in the middle of the night from sweating I'm contemplating on going to the emergency room.... have anyone had any experience with this while researching I found out about the dumping syndrome and I was wondering if any has had it before Thanks!!!!!
  5. I have Aetna as well .. All they really want to know is documented weight from someone other than yourself. Im more than sure that is fine... .. you probably have to send them the documents though
  6. Yes but its not just water...it's protein shakes and soups as well... But I guess I'm over thinking even though I've already had the surgery I still just get scared sometimes like something will go wrong...this is still so new to me...
  7. @@BLERDgirl because I feel so for every time that I drink I feel that I'm about to stretch out my stomach or something like I feel that I have too many ounces of water that i drink in one sitting even though I try my best to monitor that. Even though my stomach feels at its compacity about 30 minutes or so later I still drink more water because I'm trying to get in all of my ounces by the end of the day
  8. I know @@"Elode" but when I drink my liquids I feel like I'm drinking too much at a time even though I try my best not to and monitor my ounces per hr
  9. Hello fellow sleevers... do anyone ever feel like her stomach is stretching out I am still on my liquid phase but sometimes I feel as though I drink too many liquids and I am stretching my stomach back out does anyone ever feel like this or have this problem please let me know. Thanks!!!!!

  13. Good day my fellow sleeves. I had my surgery on the 16th and so far so good. Although a chore I manage to get my liquids in every today. Today was a struggle because I woke up super late and was not able to get all my ounces in per hour. I drink chocolate protein shakes but today I back slid. I had 4 little pieces of dove chocolate and litterlally just sucked on it until it melted in my mouth. Now I'm having horrible stomach issues. Do anyone know if this will subside? Did I totally mess up what the Dr did? Thanks!!!!
