  1. The way I dealt with the gas spasms at night was to sleep with my back elevated....stack alot of pillows and if you sleep on your side put a pillow on the side of your belly during the day I just kept moving. Alot of walking
  2. Thanks for the feedback I wasnt sure what was happening. ..it does only happen when im lying down
  3. Im 11 days post surgery everything is going smoothly. ...gas spasms are gone...no pain...slightly tired...but oh the heartburn. . It just started this week. ..is this common?
  4. Oh sorry to hear that...you may need to call the doctor with that kind of pain. See if your dr can prescribe something
  5. Hi Kris...the greek yogurt works...you have to eat most on the small 5oz serving...it will tak about 1.5hr to eat but the results will get you to go. I got the same results today. But also drink your water and do plenty of walking
  6. Im post op 7 days too...I just went today. what did the job was greek yogurt mixed with isopure whey protein. ..the full scoop... 1 hr later...voila!
