  1. The only fear I have is the excess skin...it's the one thing that is making me hesitate about having the surgery, even though I'm doing the pre-op diet and have a scheduled appointment with the surgeon!
  2. Hi all, I'm new to this experience and this site! The WLS Program/Nutritionist is a big believer in protein and only protein. I've tried Worldwide Protein Shakes chocolate - they are pre-mixed, very sweet but good bought them at Trader Joe's - they were expensive $2.19/can. I've also tried a Whey Protein powder that is good too. I'm excited that I can get samples of the Unjury - thanks for the tip!
