  1. I am 3 days post op and my period came on. It was not supposed to come on for 4 days! This might sound weird, but with my period, it's like clockwork. Has this happened to anyone else? Should I be concerned?

    Shopping!

    I went to rainbow, just to get an outfit for the night and saw some size 14 jeans. Now people who shop at rainbow know their clothes run a bit small! I've never been a size 14 in my adult life. When I pulled them up I knew I had to buy them!

    Smoking!

    I was sleeved on 12/29 & I smoke. The only issue I had at first was the access air going to my stomach. After I finished, I would be really gassy. After a mth I was back to normal although my tolerance has decreased.

    @Paula... I haven't worked out at all! ????. I said I would in February; just to give myself some more time to heal. I know I've been walking a lot just because I'm a teacher and its a part of my job.

    Hi Paula! I'm doing ok. I think the hardest part now is making sure I eat and drink enough. None of my friends know that I was sleeved, so it's hard to come up with excuses for why I don't want to eat out or go get drinks at a bar, but I'm making it work! It'll be a month on the 29th and I'm aiming for a 30lb loss which I'm close to! How has your journey been?

  21. I was sleeved on the 29 and never needed naps but this weekend I needed them badly! I'm not sure what it is but I did go to Walmart and as soon as I got home I had to lay down. I was feeling lightheaded and wanted to just chug so water. Has anyone else felt this way? I am also adding food to my diet so I'm not sure if that's the case either.

  23. I am drinking these protein supplements I had left over from quick weight loss. I forget the exact name but they're 70 calories and have 15g of protein.
