  1. Thanks for your positive input, I will research the various options. To jessiegirl- pull your head in it is personal preference and I would suggest that part of your reason for having the surgery in the first place was not liking something about the way you looked- so be positive or buzz off
  2. What has worked to make your surgical scars invisible or close to? I have been using bio oil but think there may be something better. Look forward to your input.
  3. I haven't felt the hunger, but if am certainly more in tune with my eating habits. I feel my food travel and gear the groanings as my food is digesting- I can't say I have felt hunger, but I know when I need to eat. Be sure to keep up with plenty of water that will also help fill you up in between meals
  4. I have only just had my surgery but have been using a product called activance for the 6 weeks prior to surgery and will continue to use it to hopefully counteract any hair loss. Kerastace also has a similar product.
  5. I didn't know that I had the hernia until I came out of the op and dr advised he fixed it while in there- no big deal from his perspective.
