  1. Hi I had my op in Nov and I used to make a banana and mango and yoghurt with Water and ice smoothie for my breekie then I would have a yoghurt drink 2 hours later then 1/2 tin of soup 2 hours later then 1/2 tin of soup 2 hours later then a yoghurt and then another 1/2 tin of soup and then try to get the water in aswell. it was quiet hard in the first couple of weeks to get everything in I felt I couldn't go to bed early cause I hadn't had enough lol. Good luck with your surgery hope all goes well x
  2. Hi I had my surgery on 18 November and since then I have lost 22 lb and to be honest I am a it disappointed with this but maybe my body has gone into shock and is holding onto everything. I haven't had any probs with anything I have eaten or drank. Does this sound normal ....
  3. try hot water with a slice of lemon in it and walk around and get someone to pat your back for you. x
  4. Hi I had my surgery 5 weeks ago and I feel fine. The wind was a bit of a problem but I found that if I walked around I felt better. Since being on the diet and surgery I have lost 44 lbs so am noticing the difference now. I was fine on the stages but I don't like milk so I had extra yoghurts instead. Sometimes I feel a bit tiered but he for the amount im eating im not surprised. But do as the doctors say and don't try to rush things. x
