  3. Congratulations I'm really happy for you I guess we had surgery for the same reasons and tell me what is it that you eat 4 weeks post op because I am 4 weeks post op and can't seem to eat healthy old habits follow me around

Hey I had Gastric sleeve surgery 1 month ago and have lost only 20 pounds is this normal... also I seem to have difficulty knowing what to eat I have been trying solid foods two weeks after surgery I really need some help on what to eat, I'm Latina and we ear bad food even though I try not to I crave it so badly it's frustrating and upsetting for me... please can anyone please tell me what to do
