  1. I had my surgery on December 3 and will have my first fill/adjustment in mid January. After the first week, I am finding that I can still eat anything, with no real limitations. Being that this period has been during the Holidays, I am afraid that I am getting off on the wrong foot. What should I be doing during this period as far as eating guidelines. How does it change once I have my first fill?
  2. Just joined this site. Nice to have an idea what to expect. I am 10 days post op and today was my first day of mushy foods. I had a lot of nausea for the first week and dropped 10 pounds very quickly. Been the same for the past 3 days, which is good, because I actually feel good today.
