  1. Mines was 650 but that also covers my hospital stay as well
  2. I went on a low calorie high protein diet.Premier shakes and honey roasted peanuts for breakfast and lunch and a lean cuisine for dinner for two weeks.I lost 25 lbs on the dot in 2 weeks.and of course drinking a ton of water as well

It seems kaiser west la does theirs a little different.they wanted me to hit my goal weight then call and scheduele the surgery.after going on a 3 week diet I lost the 20 lbs they required.hopefully I can get a date sooner than later as they said they might be backed up into March Hopefully someone will cancel
