  1. @ I am worried about the loose skin too. I can't afford a trainer to show me what I need to do. I am barely paying for my gym membership. Hopefully some one can give is advice. As far as your self love you are still going to be you just smaller :-)
  2. @@heynowkc maybe when I get closer to surgery date my diet will change to something like yours. I have been doing protein shakes to replace meals. So I know I need to get use to a more liquid diet. This forum is great. Thank you for your reply
  3. I just had my consult with the surgeon on Tuesday 12/9. He told me high Protein no starch diet until surgery which is Jan 28th. I'm just curious....what kind of diet are you following that makes you say pre-op diet sucks? Oh and I totally agree with the brownies!! Some one brought a variety of Cookies to work but I told my self no!
