This is also happening to me Started this week, I am 4 weeks post -op, it also accompanies very bad upper chest gas, and is always after I eat. I tried simethicone 125 for the last day and seems to have helped, but would still like to know what it is, I had no post -op issues, and then this started this last week. would love some advice
