  1. Thank you. I'm getting more nervous about the perception of what I can have after the sleeve. My doctor told me that in time I'll be able to enjoy the things I LOVE now (ie. Pasta, pizza, wings, Chinese food, beer, etc.) but in much greater moderation. Is that accurate?
  2. Greetings All, My name is John and I am getting ready for my sleeve in about 9 days. I am incredibly nervous, but not so much about the surgery. I'm kind of a foodie, which has been part of the reason that I've allowed myself to balloon up to almost 300lbs. I am excited to be a part of a group of people who have or will have experienced this as well. I'm currently doing my pre-op diet and my wife raised the question to me... I feel like the doctor told me that Part Skim Ricotta was ok as part of if, but now I'm second guessing myself.
