  1. I also got dehydrated my doctor told me I wasn't getting enough saly...He told me to drink more broth...
  2. Thank you! I did talk to my surgeon and he told me it was normal... but he said if it continues he will have to do the scope to make sure it didn't close to much... just a little nervous... but I can take two bites the size of a dime and get that pain... it's it's a little scary
  3. I did go see him and he said it was normal... that's why I was asking if anyone had any tips on how to go around it or make it happen less
  4. So since the start of my process I've lost 62 lbs... I started at 277 and I'm 215 now... it's starting to go a little slow right now for me and it's a little discouraging. I'm never hungry but I know starvation won't help me loose so I force myself eat. When I do eat I can only have 2 bites and most of the time it sits like a rock and I usually vomit or am in pain the rest of the night. I don't eat bad so idk what's wrong. I don't weigh myself because I don't want to be disappointed if I haven't lost what I wanted to. But the last 3 weeks I've only lost 2-5 lbs. It's a little depressing since I work 2 jobs and I'm on my feet all day everyday. I'll take any advice.
  5. You should wait they don't want u drinking during any meal because water fills u up
  6. I had the bypass this past August 27th... I'm still puking (sry for being grafic) and can barely eat 2 bites without feeling so full I wanna vomit or I do vomit. If I don't most foods sit like a rock and hurt so bad... and I've only lost 50 lbs...yes I know that's a lot but my doctors told me it would be 10 lbs a week for the first 2-3 months so I'm discouraged that I'm not where I could be... anyone else having this issue or have any tips?
