    Hi family, I just had my band to bypass surgery on June 14, 2017. My problem is that I want to drink water, but the cold water seems to cramp my stomach. I want to stay hydrated, but I haven't found something that I can comfortably add to my water without hurting my stomach. Please give me some help???
