  1. Hi Newbie I'm 8 days out and wow you did go through quick! I thank God for my 8 month process because without that I don't think I would have been prepared Mentally! ! Its still unreal to me too and through the 8 month weight loss program w/ primary care and Dietician I have already lost 30lbs. And surgery was 11/18/2014. Don't worry it will All come together!
  2. Also try it made with apple juice..yummy!
  3. I'm thankful because I was told to start my B vitamins right after surgery and I NEVER felt fatigue.
  4. ...yes my first BM was 4 days after surgery and it was the same.
  5. OMG... I'm 8 days out and I'm just now able to eat soft / Full liquid and I could only take 4 LITTLE PINCHES of fish and 3 TINY TASTE of applesauce. Pizza??? It's going to Freezer Burn before you can eat that! LOL:o

  7. Lucky you! It's only been 8 days after surgery but I'm going to get dressed up, look pretty and try a tiny bit of mash potatoes and fish, applesauce. That's all I can have. Happy Thanksgiving Guy's!
  8. Hello I am day 8 from my surgery and last night was the first time I was able to eat fish and applesauce...and it felt a little uncomfortable or either I was scared to eat. But I did OK...I only had a pinch of both...still scared.
