Please call. I case was pending with my insurance until I called and found out there were things 'missing' (like a particularly worded sentence from my doc in her letter of recommendation and that my insurance wants three nutrition visits over 90+ days - mine were over a period of 71 leaving me short) from my file causing my surgery date to be pushed back. You don't want to get your ducks in (take off from work, help with kids, etc) only to be short changed in the end.

@@angewil60 what you say about family is sooooooooooooo true. A lot of people want to criticize but don't want to be advocates when it comes to a solution. Walking away and praying is really the best you can do. Especially at family gatherings when things can quickly escalate to nuclear levels

I'm curious about this too. I like cardio but I LOVE my kettlebells!

My surgery is on the 8th. My surgery is being done by Harvey Rainville (a man with a voice from the Gods!) He and his associate, Dr. Naveen Ballum are quite celebrated over here on the bariatric circuit in Belleville, the oranges and Clifton.
