  1. Hi guys me again so after eight days of liquids and yogurts I'm now officially in my puree food Times. So excited to start it cause I really miss (kindda) actual food! so what I'm asking for you is to give me a suggestions for everything that is nice and good and smart to eat puréed. I should do it for 3 weeks so I'll need lots of options. BTW, feeling great, back to work and kindda look like myself again Thanks you all! Hugs from Tel Aviv

  3. @@MrsMike1 I've Heard that it's really good but I was trying to look on the website and I can understand, are there only available for online purchases or can I find it in Duane Reade or CVS as well?
  4. Hi guys it's me again I'm still on my liquid diet. six days post op but very soon I will have to start taking calcium and wherever I come from we only have the HUGH white pill that I will never be able to take! Not even crushed. so I'm looking for any other substitute for it. I was looking online and found out that in America there is a chewable kind of creamy calcium 'candy' that you can take after a bariatric surgery so my question for you, did you ever tried it? Do you use it? what's the best company or flavor? I really want to order them to Israel and I guess it will take a while but I have to do everything I can to get them so please share your information. Thank you so much, J
  5. @@Forsythia oh wow I feel really stupid at the moment. Thanks for clearing that up. #shame

  9. Thank you all! Ur defiantly welcoming you know what I have a quick question what is the American minimum BMI you have to be to go through surgery? Here is 40 But then again I'm not even sure if you calculate your BMI same as we do because we do it with kilos so can someone tell me how does it work?
  10. Oh wow, that was freakin brave of me to share that ugly photo. Swear I don't look like it usually
  11. Hi everyone I'm Jasmin from Israel, and I'm very new to this group. I had my surgery this sunday November 16th. A week before surgery I was 235 ils and now I'm 217 so not so bad. In the two days since I joined this forum I've read so much and learn so much from you guys so I just wanted to say thank you and good luck for all of us. J
  12. Oh cool. I felt bad for a second. I'm just 5 days post op and already had 3 cups. Only few sips a cup but still. Thanks @@BLERDgirl
  13. Umm..excuse me french but - WTH? ? I mean, I know I'm probably the only person from Israel in this forum and maybe things here are a bit different but after 3 days of clear liquids we're allowed to have coffee. With milk. And sugar. And please don't think of Israel as 'camels walkin on the street' kinda country, gastric sleeve ops are VERY common here. So maybe you can explain? Never herd about it before. Thanks
