  1. Hi guys thanks for all the support I am so excited I had went to the pulmonary dr and he cleared me for surgery so I am 30 % there

Hi everyone so last year my Dr had suggested weight loss surgery and I had backed out, so now I am planning on going for a consult hopefully this month and I can start to plan the doctors appointments I hope I can still try even though I chickened out months ago wish me luck I guess third time is a charm
  3. if you take b vitamins can you prevent hair loss?

  5. honey do you go to a gym how about getting a personal trainer to help you reach your weight loss goals and instead of weighing your self every week do it once a month at the DR office
