I began this journey weighing in at 420 lbs. My highest was 500 lbs.  I was on oxygen and all sorts of medications. It took a year to do the whole process but it was so worth it. Currently I do not take any medications and have lost over almost 200 lbs. I am happy with my choice and my new active life. It truly makes a difference in the way I feel and best of all I am still around to enjoy my family.
