  8. Is there any way you can see a counselor? Maybe some of the issues that caused your weight gain in the first place, are resurfacing? It sounds like you are slipping back in to the bad habits. Maybe talking with a professional will help you. New Year....New Start!
  9. I have had a c section, hysterectomy, and vsg. I found the sleeve to be the hardest of the three. The pain associated with sipping and eating was difficult for me. pain from the incision(s) was similar in all three. That being said, about three days after the sleeve, I felt better!

  11. It will get better! i cried on my first day home because I felt like I broke myself! Then about a week later, my family had Mexican food. I ate one chip, chewed really good, and wanted more. I cried because the head hunger ( not real hunger) got the best of me. Now, 5 weeks later, it is becoming all worth it! the first couple weeks are sooooo hard!
  12. I went back at 2 weeks! I am a first grade teacher. Best thing I could have done! It just helped me feel normal to be back in the swing of things! 5 weeks out now and feel great!

  14. YES! I have been noticing this at lunch, at work! It use to be me...more, anymore, and more! Now I just have lunch envy!! I eat my teeny, tiny, portion and feel stuffed. But....I also think my friends are noticing my portion size and thinking...lucky girl!!

  16. Me too! Water has ALWAYS been my drink of choice! I love it. But now, it is a struggle to drink. Part of the problem is taking too big of a SIP. When my sip is more like a drink, it hits my stomach like a rock! Everything I have read assures me that it will get better! Hang in there!
  17. Hello! I just finished my first week back! I am a teacher. I was out for 2 weeks. Other than being tired, it was a great week!
