I'm new here, is there a specific group here for regaining weight? I am 5 years out, trying to get my head back int he game and eat like I'm supposed to! I need a buddy and support, A LOT!

Hi all, I have regained 60lbs. I am 5 years out and need someone as supportive as I can be. I was thinking text, maybe phone calls, FB? I need a kick in my a@@ to get my head in the game. I'm addicted to slider foods I'm new here so I don't know how to friend people or search so well yet! Please, if God is leading you to me and vice versa, let's get in contact!
