Well it's really happening. I have been cleared by my cardiologist and psychiatrist. All that's left is nutritionist and preop testing. I start my 3 week pre-op diet on thanksgiving (ironic). Today I stopped and got different shakes & Protein bars to try before I buy big. I'm open for suggestions as well as a December buddy. Message me private and we can exchange numbers, I'm a great Texter! Less than 5 weeks to count down to a whole new life for this single 53 yr old mom of two adult daughters! My time now as well as all of yours. It's easier doing it with support than in silence. Good luck!

I am not on Facebook (yes even my 87 yr old mom is but not me!) did you create on the BP App? Which I hope you have. I then need to know how to enter a "group" on the app. I'm trying but getting frustrated. Thanks for creating it.

I'm hoping for December 19th surgery date. I'm also in the USA. This week I am looking forward to getting my clearances to make that tentative date. I too selected the December date for the holiday break. Please keep in touch
