  1. I had my bypass Nov 3rd. Tonight I went out with a few people for dinner. We went to buffalo wild wings. I had a grilled chicken wrap. Took 2 bites of the insides and I have this horrible pain in my left should. My nurse said it's normal, bc I eat too much, too fast, or not chewing enough. It hurts to the point where I'm starting to tear up. Does anyone else have these pains.

    Shoulder pain.

It dissipates after some time but damn. I think I narrowed it down to taking more spaced bites.

    1/2 Cup limit?

I'm 10 days post op and I never have had the full feeling. I can eat 5oz of Greek yogurt and then some? Is that.bad?
  4. Had my bypass done Nov 3 and I feel totally normal. Just not hungry, fluids are a breeze. And I want to go to cedar point in 27 and started 440. Lost 40lbs before my journey. Best of luck to you.
  5. Hi everyone. I'm Denise and I am new to the forum. I am having gastric bypass tomorrow(Nov 3) I have been preparing for the whole month of October. My first week I cut carbs and sugars. I only ate chicken, fish, eggs, veggies, lunch meats. It wasn't bad I actually went on vacation the next week so there's that. When I got home from vacation, I did eat my week 1 diet and also started to incorporate the liquid Protein as meal substitutes so my body wouldn't be in complete shock. I've been doing Isopure pre mixed drinks along with nectar brand whey powder. I found those to be carb and sugar free. (1gm sugar and carb in some of the nectar powders) it's going well I'm not that hungry and I've lost close to 40lbs in the past 10 weeks since my consult. I am a healthy 27yr old 5'7 and currently 400lbs. Thanks Denise
