If you are interested in a local, ongoing support group in a face-to-face environment, one is being formed in St. Louis MO. This is not affiliated with a hospital, doctor, or insurance; instead, it is to fill in the gap for those who want support but may not have these resources available. It will be facilitated by the following: Co-facilitated by Michelle C., who successfully shed 150 lbs. pre- and post- surgery. & Gayle Rose, certified weight loss management specialist, health coach and fitness trainer. We'll meet for an hour discussing support topics around weight loss surgery.
