Hey bariatric pal peeps, VsgSarah3 here! This is my first time on here. A friend from work told me about this app as she has already had her vsg surgery. After having three wonderful Kids and struggling to lose my pregnancy weight for too many years I have decided to have weight loss surgery. I'll be having my VSG in Mexico and am going thru be lite weight. I'm looking for any support from any one who went to Mexico for WLS! My goal for a date is in Feb or March of 2015. I'm looking at Dr. Elmo & Dr. Rodriguez in Tijuana at hospital Angeles. Also any help or suggestions on what vitamins I should take now and after surgery! Thanks in advance for any replys and support!
