  1. Well, I figured I would go ahead and introduce myself. I'm 20 years old, male, and I have been overweight for most of my life. Obesity runs through my family, and it is kind of hard to cope with. As much as I want to believe, I can just watch what I eat, and exercise to lose it myself. Time and time again, I have failed, and have now have just sort of quit trying. I was talking to my mother, because I was frustrated about shopping for clothes, etc, and old sizes just werent fitting still. She suggested a lap band, whereas, she had gone the gastic bypass surgery in the past. So! I'm just kind of reading up on it. The whole slipping/eroding thing kinda freaks me out. But I guess I'll keep researching. Any Info you guys have will be appreciated.
